BART SIMONS
PT, OWNER
Bart graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor's in physical therapy in 1989. He worked in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine for 10 years before opening his own practice in Green Lake. Bart played collegiate lacrosse, coached youth lacrosse and played as an adult amateur. In his free time he enjoys playing golf. Bart has completed a Titleist Performance Institute certification to help patients and clients improve their golf swing as they reach the return to sport phase of their rehabilitation. ADAM WAGGONER
DPT
Adam earned his doctorate in physical therapy (DPT) from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 2015. He completed his undergraduate degree in biology at Texas Woman’s University while working full-time as an aide in a PT clinic for 4 years. These experiences combined with a background in competitive sports participation allowed Adam to recognize his passion and enthusiasm for physical therapy and sports rehabilitation. After completing his DPT degree, he moved to Seattle to join the Greenlake Sports Physical Therapy team in 2015.
Adam’s clinical focus is orthopedics and sports medicine, working with all age groups. Areas of special interest include rehabilitation of the shoulder and elbow in the overhead athlete, advanced rehabilitation following ACL reconstruction, and slow motion video analysis of running and sports mechanics. He has training in advanced manual therapy techniques of the spine and extremities and enjoys staying up to date with the latest clinical evidence. Adam began snowboarding after moving to the Pacific Northwest and also has enjoyed playing soccer, biking, hiking and many other outdoor activities which the area has to offer.

SAMANTHA VANDERPUTTEN
DPT, CSCS
Samantha received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York University in 2019, and her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from Cornell University in 2015. She is originally from the Seattle area and knew, after spending 7 years on the East Coast, she was ready to move home. Samantha competed as a Division 1 gymnast while at Cornell, specializing in vault and floor exercise. Her frequent trips to her local physical therapy clinic, combined with her love of sports and movement, are what inspired her to become a physical therapist.
After finishing her gymnastics career, Samantha grew to love running. While attending PT school in New York City, she spent much of her time studying, working as a personal trainer, and running the East River. She completed the New York Marathon in 2018. Samantha currently specializes in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, and enjoys working with all individuals, whether they are gymnasts, runners, or weekend warriors experiencing normal aches and pains of everyday life. She follows an exercise/movement based approach and is always searching for new ways to make her patients rehab and exercise programs functional, challenging, and fun.

JOLINE CHANG
DPT, CSCS
Joline earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Governors State University in Aug 2021. She received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has spent some time working as aide in outpatient clinics after her undergrad years. Although born in California, she grew up in the Midwest but has always felt a calling to move back west. Joline has played competitive ultimate frisbee in the youth, college, and club divisions. She has combined her passion of strength and conditioning in her earlier years with her education in physical therapy to bridge the gap from rehab to performance. She believes that everyone has the potential to reach their best selves regardless of their starting point. Her areas of interest include rehab and performance for field athletes, concussion rehab, and post-ACL recovery.
Joline recently moved to Seattle after graduating in Illinois. She has been enjoying all the outdoor activities that can be enjoyed year-round. She is excited to be able to be upgraded from snowboarding the hills of the Midwest to the mountains of the PNW. She also has started bouldering in the most recent years and appreciates the mental and physical challenge of it.

ALEX FARLEY,
MS, LAT, ATC, Clinic Director
Alex, a Washington native, received her Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training from University of Idaho in 2010. After graduating, she lived and worked in the Boise area as an Athletic Trainer 3 years before pursuing and completing her Master’s of Science in Sport Psychology from Western Washington University in 2015. Alex has worked with athletes ranging from the youth to professional level as well as the industrial setting. In her spare time she enjoys listening to podcasts while walking her corgi, Mogul.
RACHEL ENYEART
Personal Trainer, PT Aide
Rachel is a Midwest native who received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University in 2016. She lived in Madison, WI for 4 years, working as a certified personal trainer, prior to moving to Seattle. Currently pursuing admission into a DPT program, Rachel has enjoyed learning from the therapists and working with patients at Greenlake Sports. On the weekends, Rachel enjoys competing in ultimate frisbee and hiking around the PNW with her dog, Moose.
AMANDA SCHULTE
PT Aide
Amanda is Seattle native who received her undergraduate degree from Gonzaga University. She was also a patient here for two ACL tears which inspired her to pursue a career in physical
therapy. Amanda hopes to begin applying to PT programs next fall. In her free time, she enjoys
being outdoors and playing with her dog, Apollo.
